Smoked food makes it easy to put together a special meal with very little cooking. This range covers classic and flavoured smoked salmon, salmon trimmings, chalk stream trout, chicken breast and duck breast. Most are traditionally oak smoked, and everything is produced in the UK.

Our hot smoked trout, chicken and duck are cooked as they smoke, so you can flake or slice them straight into salads, pasta and sandwiches. The smoked salmon comes plain or in four flavours: whisky cure, orange and tarragon, yuzu with ginger and shiso, or Indian spices with lime and coriander. It’s lovely on bagels and blinis, with scrambled eggs or as a starter. The trimmings are made for cooking with, so stir them through pasta, quiches and pâtés.
