This salmon is oak-smoked the traditional way and has the same silky texture and gentle smokiness as our sliced packs. Stir it through creamy pasta at the last minute, fold it into scrambled eggs, bake it into a quiche, or blend it with cream cheese and lemon for a quick pâté.
