Kevin has over 25 years’ experience since his first days as a Saturday boy in a local wet fish ship. Kevin has taught at the Billingsgate Market Fish School and can be seen as a regular demonstrator for The Seafood Masterclass held by the Catering and Hospitality school of the University of West London. Kevin will be overseeing the preparation of your fish.
