What days do you deliver?
We are currently delivering to London postcodes on Tuesdays to Fridays and the
rest of the UK on Wednesdays to Fridays. If you order by Tuesday Midnight, we will
deliver by Friday of the same week and orders after this time will be delivered
in the following week.
What if an item in my order is unavailable?
The availability of seafood can be impacted by several factors (seasonality, poor weather, farms closed over holidays ect) We do our best to make sure you receive fresh products in every order. If fresh items aren’t available, we may substitute them with a fresh or frozen alternative to avoid any delay.
Will my frozen items stay frozen during delivery?
While we make every effort to ensure your frozen items arrive in optimal frozen condition, we cannot guarantee they will remain fully frozen during transit. For best quality, we recommend consuming all frozen items within 24–48 hours of receipt.
How is your seafood packaged?
Our seafood is vacuum-sealed or securely wrapped and packed with ice or frozen
packs to maintain freshness during transit.
Can I freeze your fresh seafood?
Absolutely.
Most of our fresh seafood can be safely frozen if you’re not ready to use it
right away. We recommend doing so as soon as possible after delivery.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
For courier deliveries, we recommend someone is available to accept the parcel or a safe place is specified. We can’t take responsibility for items left unattended
for long periods.
How do I store my seafood when it arrives?
Pop fresh items in the fridge immediately and use within 1–3 days. Any items that arrive frozen or partially frozen should go into the freezer or be used within 24–48 hours.
Where does your seafood come from?
We source our seafood directly from trusted UK ports and sustainable farms,
ensuring the freshest and highest quality produce with every catch.
Can I request no substitutions in my order?
If you’d prefer not to receive any substitutes, just pop a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to honour your request, but it may delay your order if items are unavailable.
How do I know which items are frozen?
Each product listing includes whether it’s fresh or frozen. Your confirmation email
and packing slip will also indicate which items may arrive frozen.
Do you have a minimum order value?
The minimum order is £50.00 at this time we are unable to accept orders for less than £50
