Delivery Information

Delivery  is Free on orders over £35 during November Covid restrictions The minimum order is £35.00. Delivery is free on all orders over £100.

We are currently delivering to London postcodes on Tuesdays to Fridays and the rest of the UK on Wednesdays to Fridays. If you order by Tuesday 9pm, we will deliver by Friday of the same week and orders after this time will be delivered in the following week.


To ensure maximum freshness all orders are delivered the day after they are assembled.

We are also experiencing disruption to supply and distribution chains, so the availability of some products is subject to change.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We deliver in England, Wales and Scotland ( excluding Highlands and Islands ). We are unable to deliver to the Highlands of Scotland, Ireland or islands around the UK coast.

We do not deliver overseas as refrigerated transport is required.

What if I’m out when the delivery arrives?

The overnight courier will seek a signature for the delivery. If you will be out please leave a instructions in the Special Instructions box at the Checkout. The courier can leave the box in a safe place or with a neighbour if instructed

Will the fish be okay if left?

We pack our fish in an insulated container with gel packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.

Where should we store the fish?

Live clams, mussels and oysters

Store in the bottom of the fridge no lower than 4 degrees C and cover with a damp cloth. DO NOT put into water. Do not cook any open shellfish unless they close when tapped. Cook within 24 hours or eat the oysters raw within 24 hours.

Fresh Fish

Store in the fridge and use within 3 days or freeze immediately.

Frozen fish

Put in the freezer as soon as possible
