Hot smoked chicken back

This chicken breast is oak-smoked the traditional way. Hot smoking cooks it as it smokes, giving it a tender texture and a mellow, woody flavour. It’s ready to eat from the pack, so it’s easy to slice into salads, sandwiches and wraps, stir through a creamy pasta or add to a weekend platter. Each pack holds one breast, produced and packed in the UK.
