Damages and issues
Please unpack and refrigerate or freeze your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As we are shipping perishable goods do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that Justcaught.co.uk uses DPD for all deliveries. While we make every effort to ensure your fish arrives fresh and on time, once dispatched, delivery is in the hands of DPD. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us on 020 8955 6697, and we'll do our utmost to help resolve the situation.
Refunds
If your order has reached you in less than perfect condition or if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us on 020 8955 6697, and we'll do our utmost to help resolve the situation. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
