Naturally sweet with a soft yet slightly firm texture, baby cuttlefish are most famously used in traditional Spanish paella, where they add depth and richness to the dish. They also work beautifully in seafood stews, pasta, risotto or simply flash-fried with garlic, chilli and a squeeze of lemon.
